Proper mindset routine for maximum success.

  1. Q: Where am I at right now? A: I'm right here. I am not looking to the past. I am not looking to the future. I am simply present and in the moment.
  2. Q: How did I come to be here? A: Right now is the successful conclusion of my progress thus far. I bring a lot of value to every situation. And that value is carried with me everywhere I go. Every experience I've had has built me into the person I am now.
  3. Q: What am I saying about myself and the moment? A: Remember your messaging. Listen to what you're telling yourself. Be proactive. Is your messaging what you agreed on or are you just reacting to the situation?
  4. Q: Where am I going? A: Remember your mission, your vision. Go towards it. Show up. Face fear and pass through it.
  5. Q: What is my intention? A: Think about my impact. Think about my affect on those around me.
  6. Q: What will this look like in hindsight? A: When looking back on this how would you prefer history to view it? And remember to be indifferent to the outcome.

When focus is lost evaluate all of those questions to re-establish focus and next steps.
