Proper mindset routine for maximum success.

  1. Q: How did I come to be here? A: Right now is the successful conclusion of my progress thus far. I bring a lot of value to every situation. And that value is carried with me everywhere I go. Every experience I've had has built me into the person I am now.
  2. Q: Where am I at right now? A: I'm right here. I am not looking to the past. I am not looking to the future. I am simply present and in the moment.
  3. Q: What am I saying about myself and the moment? A: Remember your messaging. Listen to what you're telling yourself. Be proactive. Is your messaging what you agreed on or are you just reacting to the situation?
  4. Q: Where am I going? A: Remember your mission, your vision. Go towards it. Show up. Face fear and pass through it.
  5. Q: What is my intention? A: Think about my impact. Think about my affect on those around me.
  6. Q: Hindsight. A: When looking back on this how would you prefer history to view it? And remember to be indifferent to the outcome.
