Hot Shop:

• prep area/tables
• cold shop (tbd)

Shop infrastructure:

• electricity (panels and storage)
• natural gas
• propane tanks and distribution
• compressed air drops
• hvac and ventilation

Building infrastructure:

• building resiliency to weather, disaster
• safety (CO and air quality) and fire monitoring
• safety protocols and shop labeling
• physical security, monitoring and access control
• internet access and ethernet drops
• audio distribution and hookups and phone chargers
• lighting (natural and artificial)

Outside the shop:

• photography (e.g. photo table), shipping and prep area
• garbage, waste and water recycling
• office and computer area
• possibly a shop/sales area
• kitchen with table, sink, cold water dispenser, fridge/freezer, microwave and TV with hookups and phone chargers
• bathroom
• an escape room, a place to be creative or relax
