Science of relationships Part II

Pondering science of people again. What are the building blocks of relationships? What are the fundamental concepts of communication? Then it occurred to me that the relationship between politics, interpersonal relationships and all possible communications can be described simply as below:

My previous post fills in the details of the "arrow" in the above diagram. But this is incomplete. It doesn't accommodate corporations, governments or people in positions of leadership. CEOs might be generalized as "part of the group called corporation" or something like that but it's a cop out. Doesn't have enough finesse.
